Adriana Spătaru, a member of the Leroy și Asociații team for over 12 years, has significant professional experience in real estate law, assisting key players in a wide range of sectors such as energy, logistics, retail, or agriculture on acquisition, sale, leasing, and development projects. Adriana also holds an OSIM certificate as an industrial property advisor, assisting numerous clients with copyright issues and trademark protection. She graduated with a Master’s degree in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University and a Master’s degree in Media from Södertörn University.
Mara Dosinescu, with over 12 years of experience in labour law, advisory and litigation, is involved in complex restructuring projects and business transfers, due diligence on labour relations, as well as in day-to-day assistance regarding individual and collective employment contracts and social dialogue. Mara holds a Law degree from the University of Bucharest, a Master’s degree in Judicial Career, followed by a second Master’s degree in Labor Law – Employment and Industrial Relations, both from the same institution.
Cristian Bumbac, with nearly 10 years as attorney-at-law, is a key lawyer in our Banking & Finance team. Cristian has provided assistance to international financial institutions, commercial banks and other financial entities in various financing transactions, including acquisition financing and real estate financing, as well as on complex issues related to derivatives. Cristian is also part of the team of professionals which issued Romanian law netting opinions for the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA).
Mihnea-Ioan Rațiu has been part of the Leroy și Asociații team for over 10 years. Mihnea is specialized in energy and natural resources, and has also distinguished himself as an exceptional lawyer in public procurement (including defense procurement) and concessions, assisting prestigious international consortia with their participation in various tender procedures.
