Vincențiu Constantin is the Head of the Dispute Resolution team. Managing Associate and member of the Bucharest Bar, Vincențiu, manages complex cases and specializes in civil / commercial litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration proceedings, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.
Luminiţa Buşuricu graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law. She joined the team in 2014, and her experience includes civil and commercial litigation, mainly in the field of public procurement and insolvency, as well as in real estate projects.
Graduate of both the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, Adriana Spătaru has a master’s degree (LL.M) with the University of Stockholm. Adriana is part of the Banking & Finance and Real Estate Law teams, assisting both financial institutions and private investors in numerous financing and real estate development projects.
With over 8 years of experience in Labor & Corporate, Andreea Bibu graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law. Andreea advises both international and local companies on corporate employment issues.
