Leroy si Asociatii assists VINCI Energies, part of the VINCI group, the world leader in concessions, construction and energy, in the acquisition of Frigotehnica, a Bucharest-based provider of refrigeration technology solutions.
Leroy si Asociatii’s team consisted of Founding Partner Bruno Leroy, Partner Andreea Toma and Senior Associates Ruxandra Manciu and Anda Tufan.
The deal is contingent on the approval of the Competition Council. Financial details were not disclosed.
