Roxana is a valued member of the firm, practicing within our Competition, Employment, Intellectual Property & Data Protection departments. She holds a Law degree from the University of Bucharest, a Political Science degree from the Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Études Européennes, and a postgraduate degree in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest.
Roxana advises clients across a wide range of industries on complex legal matters. Her expertise includes merger clearance, assistance on all aspects of labor law and various data protection matters, from guiding clients through compliance frameworks and personal data operations, to regulatory interactions. Her promotion reflects her strong professional performance, dedication to client service, and significant contributions to the firm.
